SLA MANAGEMENT SENIOR OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2402LCF17441)

**About the job**
- The SLA Management Senior Officer supports the management of Service Level Agreements (SPAs) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activities that cover the operational, financial and legal relationships between the service providers and the beneficiaries of the services.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Manage Service Level Agreements (drafting, validation, signature, archive, and renewal processes) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring services
- Advise internal entities on methodological and contractual framework for intragroup outsourcing and shoring iniciatives
- Coordinate the local service risk assessments with support functions for the in sourcing of intra group activities
- Contribute to the animation of the Portugal territory SLA community, best-practices sharing, newslettters and awareness and training sessions
- Participate to regulatory and market watch campaigns on outsourcing
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the governance, methods, processes and tools of the team
- Support, when required, internal audit or IG missions
- Contribute to the onboarding, training an coaching of new joiners

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience with legal field
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience with Risk and Controls
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience with audit processes
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Sharepoint
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to develop and leverage large networks
- Results driven mindset
