**Medical Governance Trainee**:
**Job Purpose**

**Key responsabilities**
- Collaboration in the implementation of Medical Governance activities, where attention to detail and the ability to work to meet deadlines and objectives is fundamental, together with the ability to deal with complex situations and different stakeholders.
- Collaboration in the implementation of Standards, training, and ensuring compliance with requirements in the different activities of the medical affairs area.
- Collaboration of the implementation of management monitoring plans, assisting team in problem-solving, and implementation of CAPAS
- Collaboration in assessing and drawing up medical risk plans.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in health sciences (medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, biology...)
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Computer skills in MS (word, power point, excel).
- Strong ability to organize time, manage priorities and have a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Easy to get along with and integrate, team spirit, with a proactive and ethical attitude and behavior.

**Nice to have**:

- Excellent communications skills
- Experience and understanding of pharmaceuticals market.
