What you will do

Let’s do this. In this vital role you will be responsible to delivering day to day meetings and events management support activities. They will perform and execute the existing and support implementation of a new meetings and events management processes under the guidance of the Business Enablement Ops Meeting Management manager.

Responsibilities will include:

- Responsible to organize meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
- Complete internal forms on behalf of responsible Amgen employee
- Complete external congress registration
- Responsible for coordinating domestic/international travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and coordinating with the healthcare professionals in the development of multiple team schedules.
- Recognizing and escalating problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
- Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.

Experience and skills needed:

- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels, events & meetings support
- Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility
- 3 + years of experience in corporate events organisation
- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude
- Clearly explains processes and procedures
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
- Fluency in Portuguese, both in written and oral communication.
