**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You will lead a team that will function as key partners to the datadomain managers (DDMs) in the SE business and will be responsible for thedesigning and implementing of the cohesive data quality management strategy anddrive and support the Data quality implementation. Focus will be on enablingbusiness counterparts to define opportunities of business value creation throughcoordination and execution of data quality and success management activities byDX&DG specialists and business experts and to drive execution byeliminating business silos. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholdersacross the organization to ensure a consistent governance framework for successmanagement and data quality management. As a leader, you will be part of ourtransformation journey to become a data driven company in future.

**How You’ll Make anImpact / Responsibilities**
- Coordinatethe success management activities across capabilities & domains andunderstand the critical business needs/issues that key stakeholders have withthe data across domains and identifying solution approaches
- Defineand implement trusting business relationship and engagement with regards toleveraging SE’s data as a product
- Defineand implement data quality management strategy for SE
- Prioritizeand drive the integration of data quality tools and best practices
- Leadthe integration and adoption of data quality processes and tools
- Defineand implement relevant data quality management principles and policies
- Promoteways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across SE
- Communicateand educate the organization on data quality management topics
- Collaborateclosely with Data Domain Manager, Data Stewards and senior stakeholders to helpdeliver DQ use cases for the organization.
- Activelyfollow and evaluate new technologies/methods in the field of data qualitymanagement to leverage new solutions and understand latest trends
- Documentand present methodologies, procedures, and project results to seniorstakeholders across different functions
- Bean active member of the leadership team for Data & Analytics and coach& mentor team members to help them realize their full potential
- You’llbe part of an inspiring team of real data thought leaders and experts withinthe ED&AA global team and will be a valuable contributor
**What You Bring / Skills,Capabilities**
- Advanced degree inInformation Technology or related
- 10+ years workingexperience in related data discipline
- Experience in DQtools/technologies; Informatica DQ, SAP MDG, Collibra, SQL etc
- Deep understandingof data quality management, data governance, and associated technologies.
- Proven experiencein establishing and operationalizing data quality management capabilities
- Strong passion forthe Siemens Energy digitalisation & transformation strategy Flexibility and growth mindset, to take on new challenges and become a keyleader in the SE enterprise data and analytics arena
- Interest incoaching and upskilling in the disciplines that support good data management
- Demonstrableexperience in strategic thought leadership in your SE field of expertise, andstrong track record in stakeholder and change management
- Good to have:Experience in an industry-related environment (e.g. energy sector)
- You have a strongcustomer focus and excellent communication skills along
- You navigateeasily in a global & multicultural environment
- You demonstrateexceptional leadership and coaching skills to collaborate across multicultural,global teams and develop engineering talent
- You areopen-minded and willing to learn and constantly improve own skills
- You are passionateabout data and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of anorganization and ecosystems
- You have excellentwriting and communication skills in English, knowledge of German or any otherlanguage is a plus
