**Job Description**:
The Purchasing team is responsible for 1LOD vendor management for the CIB platform. Vendor Management includes the full lifecycle of a vendor, beginning from sourcing and onboarding and ending at processing of invoices and performance reviews.
**Low and Medium Risk Vendor Onboarding and Refresh**
- Perform new vendor onboards and periodic refresh for Low and Medium Risk vendors across multiple business lines.
- New Onboarding and Refresh includes:
- Outreach to business owners to confirm use and reconfirm risk
- Outreach to vendor contacts to provide refreshed documentation per CIB vendor management policy
- Quality control vendor documentation once received back from vendor - troubleshoot to ensure everything is completed correctly
- Uploading documentation in CIB VM tool
- Following up/Confirming risk rating with business owners - troubleshooting when there are misunderstandings or delays.
- Requesting review by various Subject Matter Experts (Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Legal, and others) as required by the risk rating
- Following up with various Subject Matter Experts to ensure reviews are completed promptly.
- Pulling financial stability risk reports from the licensed tool, uploading into the VRM database.
- Where required, escalating missing or inadequate vendor due diligence for risk acceptance.
- Performing four eye checks (data quality reviews) on new onboard and refresh profiles completed by colleagues.
**Data Quality Reviews and Troubleshooting**
Perform Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Data Quality reviews and submit CPN Level 1 controls on the full active vendor population for CIB, including but not limited to:
- Proactis P2P to APAM invoice integration checks and troubleshooting
- TETHYS active vendor to SRM active vendor repository reconcile
- Active vendor repository list to open Contract reconcile
- Active vendor repository to APAM payment reconcile
- Vendor Business Owner to HR active employee reconcile
- Deactivation process reviews
- Data Destruction outreach process
- CPN1 quarterly controls
Note: The SRM system will be replaced with a new vendor management repository and workflow system. Reconciles will still be performed, just under the new system.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of basic vendor management concepts;
- Experience with system integrations;
- Customer Service experience;
- Advanced knowledge on Office tools (notably excel);
- English level: C1;
- French level is a plus
- Autonomy;
- Organization;
- Attention to detail;
- Diplomacy.
Additional Information

The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
