We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our **Business Consulting **team for a **Professional Internship **with a focus on Digital Transformation, Business Agility and Business Processes & Automation areas. **Expected duration 9-12 months, full time, and hybrid work.**

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and launch your career in the field of Technology Consulting.

**As an Intern, you will be involved in the following activities**:

- Participation in projects for clients in the mapping and documentation of business processes and ideation of new ways to bring efficiency to them;
- Collaborate and gaining exposure to a variety of industries and challenges;
- Conduct research, analysis, and presentations to support project deliverables;
- Participation in the creation of new approaches to solve business problems in different business sectors;
- Engage in mentorship opportunities and receive guidance from seasoned professionals in the field;
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and accelerate your professional development.
- Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields;
- Passion for technology area;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, in particular Google Sheets and Google Slides, or the equivalent within the Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information;
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and availability for continuous learning;
- Demonstrated responsibility, resilience, and a global mindset.
