About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a team of consultants, and overseeing the daily operations of their business unit. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Amaris Consulting's presence in the market.
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote Amaris Consulting's brand and reputation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in business development, management, and leadership roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Mastery of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Poe.com, is a plus.
