Amaris Consulting is a dynamic organization that seeks an exceptional individual to join our team as a Key Business Development Manager. As a Manager - Internship F/M/X, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a team of consultants, and overseeing the daily operations of their business unit. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Amaris Consulting's presence in the market.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote Amaris Consulting's brand and reputation.
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Proven experience in business development, management, and leadership roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Mastery of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Poe.com, is a plus.
Amaris Consulting offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance. The company is committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to support the growth and success of its employees.
