About the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for driving growth strategies, identifying business opportunities, and developing targeted initiatives to attract new clients and partners. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in helping us scale our platform to meet the needs of our clients and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and platform usage among clients through customer acquisition, partner success, and feature adoption.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver value to clients.
  • Insights & Feedback: Leverage client feedback to refine the roadmap and prioritize impactful features.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B business development, ideally in SaaS or IT services. You should have a strong grasp of B2B growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn) and experience using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce. SQL knowledge is a bonus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
