Following a recent strategic expansion into Portugal, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Iberian market.

**Job Description**

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will take charge of building and expanding our presence in Portugal and Spain. Your role will focus on managing existing accounts and driving new business development across the region. Key customers include furniture manufacturers, resellers, distributors, and kit manufacturers in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain current sales levels while growing existing relationships.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging knowledge of the education sector and public tender processes.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the education sector or related fields.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish with a good level of English.
  • Familiarity with the public tendering process in Portugal and/or Spain.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate terms, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools (e.g., SAP) to make informed decisions.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of **€60,000 - €80,000 per annum**, plus bonus and company car. We also offer a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
