We are on a mission to help consumers save time and money by matching them with the best products for their needs. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of our exponential growth curve. You will travel to and work with our five markets across Europe, empowering over 10 million users last year alone, propelling them toward living healthier financial lives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set ambitious yet achievable goals, develop strategic plans to reach them, and execute with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Taking ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization.
  • Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners.

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Regular travel will be part of this role, covering all five markets and extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations. Fluency in English and an EU work permit is required.
