Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Gofluent Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing our business activities in the Education market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Education market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including senior managers and the C-suite
Develop and present compelling business cases to articulate the value proposition of Gofluent Group's solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales
Strong relationships-building skills, with the ability to connect with senior managers and the C-suite
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
