Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Portuguese market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management* Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement* Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion* Represent the company at industry events

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the design and build or real estate industry* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth* Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required
