About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Bolt Business team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you'll drive our sales growth, reach out to businesses, meet clients, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for large-sized businesses to support the African markets.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of our SMB and Enterprise clients, establish strong connections, and confidently communicate the features and benefits of our B2B product offering. You'll be responsible for targeting top-tier organisations in your country, identifying potential clients, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, and working closely with the Business Development Managers to close the most lucrative deals.

Requirements

We're looking for a driven individual with sales experience in a high-growth organisation. You should have at least 5 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, and having a degree is advantageous. You should have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing large, specifically SMB and enterprise-size deals.
