About the Role:
Sociedade de Capitais de Risco - Private Equity is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, including business plans and financial models. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the market, competitors, stakeholders, opportunities, and risks. Your ability to efficiently manage Business Development budgets and conduct sales calls and meetings will be crucial in monitoring performance against targets. You will also identify, develop, and implement business development channels and strategies for capital raising, cultivate relationships with existing and new sales channel partners, and develop a direct referrals strategy. Additionally, you will implement an Investor Relations approach with communication plans, conduct regular calls with existing investors, and explore and implement digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, marketing, or a related discipline, and possess strong service mindset, time management, and organization skills. You will also have the ability to work and engage with senior level external stakeholders and network and represent the company at global conferences and events. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including business plans and financial models

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong service mindset, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to work and engage with senior level external stakeholders and network and represent the company at global conferences and events
