Tetra Pak is a global leader in food processing and packaging solutions, committed to making food safe and available everywhere. We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Overview

We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact that matters. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading key accounts and driving sustainable growth by identifying and capturing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic market plans aligned to Tetra Pak's business objectives
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to achieve financial targets
  • Drive sales of our full portfolio by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Travel 50% of the time to customers in Europe

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Excellent English language skills and intermediate Spanish knowledge
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of value selling
