Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability for our company. This role requires a strong sales background, with experience in the FMCG sector.

About You
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing (preferably)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is valued
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within the FMCG sector

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement detailed national account plans, defining strategies and ensuring all KPIs are achieved
  2. Negotiate customer contracts, including annual negotiations and store investments
  3. Manage a pricing strategy that maximizes distribution and customer margin
  4. Contribute to setting and achieving the annual sales and margin budget
  5. Monitor and challenge competitors and their customer/product portfolios
  6. Provide monthly forecasts and weekly changes to demand planning to ensure high customer service levels
