In the Role:
We seek a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales of our upskilling and employee assessment solutions in Europe, the U.S., and other English-speaking markets. This is a full cycle sales role (Cold Outreach - Signing & Onboarding New Accounts) will be based in Europe (CET or GMT+1) and work remotely with the B2B spread out across Europe, LATAM, and other markets.

Your Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking.
- Create relationships with your prospects.
- Qualify leads and understand customer pain points, identifying how our upskilling and assessment products meet their specific business needs.
- Presentation and demonstration of the value of our solutions, emphasizing how they solve customer problems, from employee development to assessments for current staff or during the hiring process.
- Negotiation and closing deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaboration closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are aligned with product features.
- Management of the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular reporting of sales performance.
- Follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, explore upsell opportunities, and secure contract renewals.
- A supportive and proactive work environment.
- Diverse team across Europe, the US, Latin America and more.
- Modern digital tools for seamless collaboration.
- $5000-$7000 base monthly pay plus commission plan aligned with market standards.
- Native or near-native English proficiency is required (C1 Level).
- Based in Europe, with the ability to work across multiple time zones, including the U.S.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the corporate sector. Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence decision-makers (HR, L&D/T&D managers, CIOs, CDTOs, CTOs, and other senior executives).
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving measurable sales KPIs.
- Existing network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
