**What you'll do**:

- As leader, expert and coach, you will build, develop and advance the Global CRM Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Team Lead.
- Develop, test, implement and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from maximizing existing revenue streams, ideating new growth opportunities, scaling these across markets and launching/executing our CRM communications strategy.
- Think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
