Smart Mobility Solutions Manager

The **Smart Mobility Department** has the mission to promote and implement the EDP Group's central and benchmark positioning in the Smart Mobility ecosystem through the development of differentiating technological solutions, definition of new business models, products and services and execution of strategic partnerships, in order to capture local and global business opportunities boosted by the growth of EVs penetration and is hiring a **Smart Mobility Solutions Manager**.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, feedback on existing products and technological developments that can contribute to the development of new mobility products and services
- Analyze market opportunities that can result in the development of new products
- Contribute to the definition of the mobility solution portfolio at EDP, supporting strategic recommendations in detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Plan and develop complex product development projects, with multidisciplinary teams, including internal and external stakeholders
- Define and detail processes and product manuals, in collaboration with operations, marketing and sales teams, allowing the effective launch new products and services on Iberian market
- Monitor and report the status of different projects, making sure that timings, objectives and results are fulfilled
**What we are looking for**:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or similar;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, business consulting or energy industry experience is a plus;
- Curiosity, agility, proactive attitude and high level of self-initiative, as well as a change attitude;
- Able to thrive in a fast-growing and demanding environment;
- Strong communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills.
