Siemens Energy are going through a major HR transformation program following the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, and we are in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for a Regional HR Systems Manager to play a pivotal part in the transformation of our HR IT landscape in the region, addressing business demands focused on or with an impact to our HR systems and working with colleagues across the globe, several customers across functions, as well as external partners.

This is an excellent opportunity working in a fast-paced environment with a business in the forefront of the Energy Transition.

**Your responsibilities**

Take ownership over the regional/local people systems landscape (local HR systems, local integrations, local partners) and related governance
- Handle the "systems" part of integrated projects / initiatives and demands (e.g. M&A activities, new business requests, etc.) working closely with the Regional HR Services and Payroll Leads as well as Global Product Owners (GPOs)
- Play a key role in the definition of the future technology landscape for the region, aligning with IT, Business and other partners on a Regional to Global scale

**What you bring**

Experience in HR IT management and transformation with a track record in governance, senior partner management, leading change, and strategy, at a regional or global scale

Collaborative style, happy to interact with many partners, e.g. in HR CoCs and HR in the Regions, IT department, management.

Ability to build trust and empower teams to deliver

Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required as well as driven to get involved and get the job done.

Prepared to work in English language most of the time

**About the Team**

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function - HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful.
