**About the role**

Welcome to the world of Customer Care and Sales with our client, a leading Nordic energy company on a mission to create harmony between people, businesses, and nature. As champions of clean energy, they’re all about sparking positive change while keeping the planet in mind.

**Settling into Portugal with ease**

Once you’ve booked your flight ticket (costs covered, of course), your colleagues will be eagerly waiting to welcome you at Lisbon Airport. They’ll whisk you away to your new apartment. Not only will they assist you in navigating the city, but they’ll also help with administrative tasks like setting up health insurance, taxes, and banking. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to take a complimentary Portuguese course. Before you know it, you’ll be chatting away confidently in a whole new language during this incredible adventure.

Lisbon enjoys the highest number of sunshine hours in Europe, creating an ideal setting for people of all ages to come together along the waterfront, bask in the sunshine, and revel in live music. Surfing is also incredibly popular, with complimentary kitesurfing lessons awaiting you if you are interested

Restaurants, shops, cafés, and other creative ventures are popping up all over the city. Dining out doesn’t have to break the bank - _the prato do dia_ (daily special) offers a hearty meal for a small price. A cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the terrace, as well as public transportation, are much cheaper than in Sweden. You can still buy clothing, bread, vegetables, and fish for a bargain at local markets.

- Lisbon has loads of cafés, bars, and clubs for you to enjoy. Many of you have probably heard of the creamy pastry ‘Pastel de Nata’Well, did you know that there is a Pastel de Nata shot? - Lisbon has the biggest expat community in the whole of Portugal For this reason, it’s very easy to join an expat group, meet new friends and expand your network.
- **Pay a visit to Parque Urbano do Jamor**:

- Lisbon has many parks available for you to explore new sports, from tennis courts to archery ranges. The greenest and biggest park is Parque Urbano do Jamor. This park has a canal in which you can kayak, and it also has a climbing wall for the daredevils among us
- **Go on an adventurous hike**:

- The surrounding area of Lisbon is absolutely stunning. So, get your hiking boots on and let’s go for an amazing hike. Lisbon is definitely the city to keep you active

**What do you get?**:

- Your flight will be reimbursed after you have completed your training (you will receive this reimbursement along with your first salary).
- Shared accommodation will be provided for you, and utilities (gas, water, internet) are covered. You'll have a private room and share common areas like the kitchen, etc.
