**The company you're going to work at**:
Retail Managing Company who is dealing with a huge ERP migration project is looking for a Reshape Transformation - Finance Analyst to be part of the team.
**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Group Finance Transformation Director you will assist in the implementation of the new Group ERP platform together with coordinating the users support by providing training and assistance to seek continuous improvement.
Work proactively and cooperatively with the project team to deliver project artefacts within agreed schedule and expected quality;
Supports gathering and documentation of business requirements from the user groups across the company;
Providing direction to vendor for the configuration of the new Group ERP concerning Finance, Leasing, and Retail;
Support data conversion tasks from legacy systems including business validation to ensure business continuity at cut-off date;
Provides ERP system support and troubleshooting for all business areas;
Acts as a resource specialist, detects and propose solutions to increase efficiencies;
Being able to address issues to the right departments, vendor and consultants and manage the entire life cycle of new requirements and requests for change.
**What you need to be successful**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
Similar and demonstrable experience with ERP implementation and daily support to users / F unctional experience with AR, AP, GL modules ( Nice to have);
Hands-on and with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Good attention to detail with ability to manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines;
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
