Manpower, the world leader in Human Resources, is currently recruiting a Data Analyst (M/F) for a prestigious client in Sintra.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work in an international environment, being involved in meetings, analysis and document translations in several languages;
- Provide support to manage different projects simultaneously, with high number of internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the team to provide relevant insights, being able to work in an agile and challenging environment;
- Analyze data & gather relevant learnings for the different commercial teams, such Consumer Experience, Sales, Marketing & Digital, CRM, Customer Care, Indirect retail, Direct retail, etc., focusing always on consumers’ input
**Requirements**:
- Business administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management or similar degree;
- Fluent level of English & Portuguese (both oral and written) - Spanish will be a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to dig deeper into the data;
- Advanced Excel Knowledge and good Power BI knowledge (Comfort with databases’ management);
- Good communication and collaborative skills;
- Passionate about connecting the dots, providing support on delivery of centric insights;
- Organization skills and attention to details - Task oriented; ability to meet deadlines and work independently;
- Learning agility, perspective, curiosity, work under pressure, and creative problem-solving solutions are some of your strengths
