**Introdução**:

- O nosso Cliente é uma prestigiada empresa multinacional que actua no sector Automóvel e que pretende recrutar um(a)
- _Data Analyst_, para integrar a sua equipa (zona de Sintra).

**Descritivo da Função**:

- Reportando e trabalhando diariamente com o Director Comercial irá ter como responsabilidades principais:
- Utilizar as fontes de informação relativas a dados e estatísticas em geral e particularmente dados sectoriais e com relevância para o negócio;
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações com os resultados dos estudos efectuados e respectivas recomendações;
- Realizar o diagnóstico da actual base de dados de clientes;
- Corrigir a base de dados em função do diagnóstico;
- Compreender os diferentes sistemas de introdução de dados e as suas interligações para posterior definição de um processo de introdução de dados normalizado para as diferentes fases de interacção com os clientes no dia a dia do negócio;
- Determinar os clientes alvo para os diferentes tipos de produtos/serviços;
- Extrair dados, análises de performance e criar relatórios com base na solução de Business Intelligence existente na empresa.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Matemática, Estatística, Marketing, Economia, Gestão ou Data Science/Advanced Analytics/Data Science Applied to Marketing;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 1/2 anos em funções similares e na área de negócio, Comercial ou Marketing (preferencialmente);
- Domínio de sistemas de informação na óptica do utilizador;
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês;
- Conhecimento e experiência com PowerBI, Base de Dados SQL Server e Python;
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas RPA e ETL (ex. Talend Open Studio, Pentaho, n8n, Microsoft Logic Apps / Flow, etc.);
- Facilidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
- Capacidade analítica e capacidade de organização;
- Capacidade de gerir projectos e orientação para o cliente e mercado.
