Inside the Global Market Systems department, Calypso is in charge of the collateral management activity where margins for fixed income and OTC derivatives are managed.

Calypso is used to process the following Back-Office tasks:

- Exposure and Margin Calculation
- Confirmation for Margin Calls
- Management of positions
- Cash and Security Settlement

The mission of the Business Analyst will be, under the control of a project leader and Team Leader, to:

- Analyze business requirements with collateral users and project managers to bring continuous enhancements into system
- Business Analysis for projects
- Testing of new solutions and non-regression testing
- Daily support for the different stakeholders

**Qualifications**
Years of experience:
1+ years of experience (mid-senior position).

Business skills on:

- financial products: first knowledge of markets products: equities, bonds, OTC products.
- financial systems: first experience as business analyst on system process on products among the ones mentioned above.
- financial environment: first experience in the back-office or front-office areas.
- testing management: first experience in testing methods.

Technical skills:

- MS Office
- SQL

Personal qualities:

- capacity and will to work in a team
- interest in the financial markets
- will to get more experience by extending his business knowledge
- Rigor and method in the testing phasis and capacity to analyze

Languages:

- English: fluent
- French: would be a plus

Back inside. Brainstorming session on a new, exciting project in our disruptive and immersive Manaus Village. The afternoon went flying (tasks, meetings, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: celebrating cultural diversity with a Diwali, the Indian festival of lights.

Tomorrow, you attend a conference led by influential speakers in your industry and, the day after, you will work from home, benefitting from some focus time to complete that report and soft skills course on LinkedIn Learning. Once you are done with your work for the day, strike the right note playing with Natixis band or be part of a board games session. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to catch some waves or sail the Douro river during golden hour.
