Duties
Be the main point of contact in the absence of the person in charge.
Ensure excellent communication up and down. Present a report on the store's activity to both your team and your managers.
Be exemplary in all aspects, 100% BOARDRIDERS and ensure that the entire team is also exemplary. Wear your personal badge in a visible place. Check that the team complies with the rules.
Know the safety procedures to be applied in case of need (fire, electrical problems, etc.) and know who to contact in case of need.
Ensure that all products in both your section and the store have the anti-theft system.
Ensure that all team members are committed to being effective in this field or be able to train them appropriately.
Have the right to exercise control over the organization and optimization of the management of the store's stock. Be available to propose a method adapted to each situation. Ensure that the store maintenance procedures are followed both during the opening and closing of the store.
Transmit a philosophy, a culture. Ensure adequate group cohesion to guarantee productive work. Know in detail the management rules set by the person in charge, in order to be able to replace him in case he is absent.
