_**As a Booking Specialist, your main responsibility will be to handle calls from existing customers and solve any issues they might have. You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to explain how the company can provide personalized solutions to their needs.**_
- _**REMOTE WORK**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help the clients: booking, doubts, upgrades, and rescheduling
- Help the clients with doubts, upgrades, rescheduling and last-minute requests
- If needed, call to the hotels explaining the client demands
- Assist customers and hotel partners via phone regarding customer bookings, and customer demands

**Requirements**:

- Fluent French speaker - must be C2
- Communicative English - at least B2
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Nice-to-have experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player
