Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor for Social Media In

Are you a Dutch speaker passionate about providing excellent customer service? Join a vibrant and fast-growing department in the heart of Lisbon and support one of the most exciting social media projects. As a **Customer Advisor**, you will assist corporate customers (small and medium-sized businesses) by providing expert advice and solving their inquiries.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
- Address questions about **advertising**, **technical issues**, and topics such as **pixels** and **catalogs**.
- Offer **customer-oriented solutions** for inquiries—**no sales involved**.
- Proactively find solutions using the always-available knowledge base.
- Participate in an **intensive two-week training program** to ensure you're fully prepared for your role.

**What We're Looking For**:
- Native-level written and verbal communication skills in **Dutch**.

- EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
