Our client is Swiss digital platform for booking services with its own ranking and network of contacts. As a company with its roots in the printed telephone directory, they are today the established partner in all things digital.
Your mission is to establish contact and maintain customer satisfaction.
We are therefore looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Braga/Portugal.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Manage customer expectations regarding products and services
- Prepare, maintain and review records

**What do we expect**:

- **Fluency in German (C2 - native)**:

- **Communicative English level**:

- **You live in Braga** or you are ready to relocate there
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
- We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start: 2.08**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1178€ gross x 12 months or €1010 gross x 14 months,**

** up to €140 gross performance bonus,**
- **60€ project bonus/month (it’s fixed supplemental payment),**

** €6,83 NET/day meal voucher**
- **Working time frames**:Monday - Friday 07:00h - 16:00h (40h per week, 5days per week)
- **Full time **contract for an indefinite period with a 3-month trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
- **Office work system in our modern office in Braga**:

- Private health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months contract)
- **Complete online hiring process regulated**

**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory**
