Na **MJP - Recursos Humanos** contamos com consultores com experiência de vários anos na área, enquanto especialistas em pesquisa direta de profissionais de nível intermédio e superior para diferentes sectores de actividade e funções.
- Acompanhar a evolução do mercado ao nível da concorrência, preços, novas oportunidades e ações de divulgação dos serviços no que diz respeito a Employee Benefits
- Gestão de plataformas de benefícios flexíveis;
- Participar na definição dos objetivos do seu departamento
- Promover o desenvolvimento de suportes de informação e divulgação interna, relacionados com as especificidades do negócio de Employee Benefits
- Identificar as necessidades do cliente, pedidos de cotação, identificação/recolha de dados de cliente potencial
- Elaborar e apresentar propostas / cotações a clientes
- Gestão de propostas às Seguradoras
- Tratamento burocrático de todo o processo inerente à actividade
- Elaboração de mapas de apoio à análise
- Estabelecer a interligação entre clientes e Seguradoras
- Entre outras funções inerentes à função.
**Requisitos e qualificações**:
- Formação Superior;
- Experiência mínima como Gestor de Clientes de 2 anos;
- Experiência anterior em plataformas de benefícios flexíveis;
- Experiência profissional em seguros;
- Carta de condução;
- Certificado PDEADS - Pessoas Diretamente Envolvidas na Atividade de Distribuição de Seguros.

**Horário de trabalho**: 35h/semanais (7h/dia), 2 dias de trabalho remoto
