Marketplace Performance Manager

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketplace Performance Manager. In this role you'll be a critical contributor to the demand and supply growth strategy and overall performance of FREENOW on an international level.
**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketplace Performance; you are responsible for supporting the performance of the demand/supply (growth, conversion, engagement, retention) in the most efficient way
- In collaboration with the Head of Marketplace Performance and Local Markets, you are in charge of monitoring the health of our marketplaces on a continuous basis (daily, weekly)
- In collaboration with the local and central Operations and Marketing teams, you are in charge of defining and validating the best acquisition and retention strategies for our passengers/drivers, including:
- Acquisition, activation, engagement and retention incentive campaigns (segmentation, format, cost & performance)
- Referral & Loyalty programs
- You are in charge of analyzing the impact and sensitivity of initiatives to continuously improve the demand/supply funnel and optimize campaign budgets to bring efficient growth
- You will monitor our prices and those of competitors and suggest / perform changes on price parameters based on pricing strategies set with Central Pricing and Local Markets, making sure the changes are performed on time and tracked properly
- You will also take active parts in multifunctional projects, ranging from new product launches to monetisation initiatives, assisting the Central Pricing team with stakeholders with supporting analyses and material
- You will leverage and coordinate in-depth market studies (market share, competitor's strategy, pricing competitiveness etc..) to develop best in class market knowledge
- In collaboration with the Data and Product teams, you will develop data driven decision making frameworks and methodologies, and lead the development of tools and product features to optimize the performance and the efficiency of our growth, engagement and retention strategies
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
**Experience**:
- Degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering or similar fields
- 3+ years of work experience
- Strong plus:
- Ridehailing / Micromobility / Food delivery industry knowledge and experience
- Experience working for a marketplace business or building a business
- Having experience working with stakeholders in commercial operations/strategy, pricing and revenue management, high-performing dynamic teams
**Analytic & business sense skills**:
- Experience in using SQL, Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Data driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
- Strategic thinker: able to see the big picture and balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals
- Innovative mindset focused on doing things better and faster
**Leadership skills**:
- Strong collaboration, and communication skills and ability to synthesize information quickly
- Ability to drive decision making across multiple departments and senior stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in clear, structured and concise way focusing on the key aspects
