Operations Support Specialist

We are looking for an **Operations Support Specialist** to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.
In this project, you will be part of a team with the following key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of IT process life cycles;
- Ensure that supporting documentation for IT processes is consistently accurate and in compliance;
- Provide advice to teams about the necessary information that is either missing or required to assess the implementation of internal IT processes.
**Requirements**:
- Training in the field of information technology or similar;
- Previous experience with Linux systems;
- Experience in monitoring systems and troubleshooting;
- Proficiency in scripting tools, such as Bash, Python, or equivalents;
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and ITSM (Jira) is considered an advantage;
- Solid knowledge in networking;
- Knowledge of databases and familiarity with the ITIL framework (plus);
- Versatility and the capability to excel in dynamic environments with shifting priorities;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player;
- Availability to work in shifts (24/7).
