For our client - a leading international company from the Business Process Management sector, we are looking for
a **Customer Service Representative with French**
to join the team in Portugal
**Responsibilities**:
- Comprehensive support for external and internal customers as well as product advice (customers, technical support, planning & logistics, sales)
- Support for all relevant issues relating to order processing from inquiry to delivery and follow-up
- Complaint processing
- Active participation in the design of new processes and systems to improve customer satisfaction
- Being the voice of the customer
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a customer service-oriented position would be an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Demonstrate understanding of customer servicing excellence
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
