Functional Support Analyst

Estamos à procura de um **Functional Support Analyst,** para integrar um projeto em **Oeiras**, em **modelo híbrido**.
**Perfil**:
- Licenciatura em Design gráfico, ou equiparado;
- Experiência de Gestão funcional de produtos Web superior a 4 anos;
- Experiência em Gestão de Comunicação Social;
- Experiência em Gestão de Equipas;
- Certificado avançado em Excel.
**Tarefas**:
- Planear e desenvolver projetos de infraestruturas tecnológicas, englobando a manutenção preventiva, corretiva e evolutiva de sistemas de informação, servidores, recursos da rede informática, controladores de comunicações, estruturas de backups de dados de segurança da rede informática;
- Definir, gerir e implementar o planeamento e o controlo de projetos informáticos;
- Realizar estudos técnico-financeiros com vista à seleção e aquisição de equipamentos informáticos, sistemas de comunicação e de peças do suporte lógico de base;
- Elaborar as normas e procedimentos, através da manutenção de uma base de dados de conhecimento com a documentação técnica que obedeça às respetivas operações realizadas na administração de redes informática do Organismo;
- Colaborar na definição das políticas, procedimentos e conceção de cadernos de encargos, para o desenvolvimento e contratação de soluções de negócio, serviços e bens, de Tecnologias de Informação e comunicação da Organização;
- Estudar o impacto das soluções de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, quer na organização do trabalho, quer no sistema Organizacional, propondo medidas adequadas para a introdução de inovações e formação de utilizadores;
- Definir, gerir e implementar processos, procedimentos e políticas, no domínio da implementação de sistemas de Gestão de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação;
- Assegurar a confidencialidade e integridade da Informação armazenada,
- processada e transportada no âmbito dos projetos em curso;
- Elaborar as normas e procedimentos, através da manutenção de uma base de dados de conhecimento com a documentação técnica que obedeça às respetivas operações realizadas na Gestão de Projetos de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação do Organismo.
