**Join the Transcom family as a Customer Service Representative**
- you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
- you will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
- you will communicate in Dutch every day
- you will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team
- work in our office in the beautiful city of Porto

The questions you will be dealing with are diverse, here are a few examples:

- My invoice is higher than usual, do you know why?;
- I have received my Home package, but I cannot install the modem. Can you help me?;
- My internet connection is weak and sometimes drops out, what can I do?;
- I have no services and no lights on the modem, is there a malfunction?;
No customer service experience? No problem, you get a full-time paid training of 2 weeks in which we will teach you everything. You get some nice new skills

**What are we looking for?**
- ability to generate empathy in written form
- good communication skills
- customer orientation and troubleshooting
- good computer user skills (mandatory)
- advanced spoken and written Dutch skills, C1 level (mandatory)
- intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (mandatory)
- ability to manage time and meet goals
- availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays
- availability to work 8 hours per day from 09:00 and up to 20:00 following rotating fortnightly schedules;
