Workforce Delivery Manager

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Workforce Delivery Manager to oversee resourcing and vendor management globally for the Viator Engineering team and join our fast-growing team in a hybrid-working setup based out of the Lisbon office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Workforce management planning and forecasting activities for the entire Engineering organization
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce delivery processes, including resource planning, scheduling, and allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects, including coordinating staffing needs and identifying skill gaps.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain workforce metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in project planning and forecasting, providing input on workforce availability, skill sets, and potential constraints.
- Work with Vendor partners to streamline processes for onboarding and Invoicing
- Support in contractual and pricing negotiations with vendor partners
- Work with Financial planning teams to ensure alignment on forecasting and budgeting

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of experience in workforce management
- Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, tools and allocation methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
