Hotel Gifts Selection est une entreprise de 6 personnes basée à Lisbonne spécialisée dans les cadeaux personnalisés et les produits d’accueil pour Hôtels de luxe fabriqués au Portugal.

Nous utilisons le formidable savoir-faire artisanal portugais en broderie, têxtile, porcelaine, bougies, cuir etc

Nous faisons travailler principalement des entreprises familiales et sommes attachées à une production éthique à partir de matières naturelles.

Nos clients sont des hôtels 5 étoiles et Palaces en Europe : en France, Saint-Barth, Suisse, UK

**Missions**
- Pricing des offres, négociation des prix auprès des Fabricants
- Réalisation des propositions commerciales
- Préparation des devis et BAT afin de lancer le processus de production
- RDV clients au téléphone ou en présentiel
- Animation commerciale de la base clients
- Sourcing de nouveaux Fabricants
- Réalisation du bilan des ventes et analyse de l’activité

Cette personne reportera directement à la fondatrice de l’entreprise.

En interne, elle travaillera en équipe avec la Représentante Commerciale France, la Responsable de Production et la Responsable Communication.
En externe, elle travaillera en équipe avec les Fabricants et sera en lien avec les Clients.

**Profil recherché**
- formation souhaitée : profil école de commerce bac +4
- 3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire marketing
- langues : bilingue en Français/Portugais, bon niveau en Anglais
- très forte sensibilité produit, sens du détail, goût pour les chiffres, rigoureux(se), esprit d’analyse, bienveillance, fiable et impliquée, capacité à travailler en équipe dans une petite structure, très bon relationnel

Type d'emploi : Temps plein

Rémunération : 1 800,00€ à 2 000,00€ par mois

Date de début prévue : 15/10/2024
