**Client**:

- The German car brand with a star on the hood is one of the oldest European car brands, the history of which dates back to 1883. Is one of the most prestigious brands in the world_

**Your responsabilities**:

- Maintain constant customer relationships and deal with their inquiries and doubts, e.g. How do I verify a Mercedes Me account? How do I link my vehicle to my Mercedes Me account? How do I activate my services?
- Knowledge of product functions and provision of product information (setting up the Mercedes Me app, configuration and configuration of services for users)
- Roadside Assistance: On-site roadside assistance (technician will be dispatched), towing assistance;
**Our expectations**:

- You speak German in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- You are looking for an energetic environment
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
- An ability to work in shifts

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **21/07/2023**:

- Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 00:00-23:59 - 5 days/week, 40h/week - full-time)
- **Competitive salary and remuneration system**:
**Approx. 1030 € gross per month
- with company accommodation (single room, lockable room in a shared apartment) in the center of Lisbon (all bills included)

**Approx. 1360€ gross per month - without company accommodation (also for the hybrid option)
- Complimentary healthy meals, including soup, bread, salad, and fruit, provided in the cafeterias
- Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
- **Remote work system throughout Portugal (except islands)**:

- Private Health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)

**Relocation package**:

- Airport pick-up and administrative support for your integration in Portugal
- Airline ticket purchased from the company or instant refund after signing the contract
