As a trainee of our Organization Effectiveness (OE) team at Infineon, you will support us in unlocking the full potential of organizational structures, while facilitating and enhancing HR processes
As an HR Trainee in Organization Management, you will support Infineon organization management. You will be part of a global team, supporting the implementation of reorganizations and acting as a project member in automation and digitalization projects.
In your new role, you will support the following areas of responsibility:
- Support **global Organization Management (OM) projects **and their successful deployment;
- Support the **preparation and implementation of Reorganizations, **including quality controls;
- Act as a **project member **for OM-related **automation & digitalization **projects, like robotics process automation, implementation of new and enhancements of existing tools;
- Define initiatives to monitor **OM data quality **and harmonization of processes;
- Ensure updated OM **knowledge documentation **is available;
- Support in designing OM **training & enablement materials **for various stakeholders.
You are a structured, proactive, curious young professional who pays attention to detail. Additionally, you are a team player and can foster fruitful collaboration with others, especially in international contexts and across cultures. You are willing to learn and grow in a multinational company.
You are best equipped for this position if you:
- Have a degree in **H **uman Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, **or a related field;
- Are passionate about **organizational structures **, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset;
- Have an **affinity for data, tools, and their dependencies **, understanding the importance of high data quality;
- Are **detail-oriented **and have a **good command of MS Office **tools;
- Collected first **experience **in a multinational work environment, **working in HR or data maintenance would be a plus **;
- Having a **basic knowledge of SAP **ERP HCM would be an advantage;
- Have excellent **communication, conceptual, and analytical skills **;
- Are **fluent in written and spoken English.**
