Hello there We're an innovative DeFi project, and we're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Community Manager with a knack for Discord and Twitter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who excels at building meaningful relationships, managing online communities, and promoting positive interaction among users and developers in the crypto space.
**Your Role**:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies, focusing on Discord, Twitter and other social platforms, to drive user acquisition, retention, and sustainable growth.
- Set up, manage, and maintain our Discord server, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for community members.
- You'll be the mastermind behind organizing, launching, and managing community activities. This includes AMAs, live streams, community calls, ambassador programs, and more.
- Manage and monitor social media channels, and other online platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Foster and maintain relationships with community members, including creators, developers, and users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling content, campaigns, and events that engage and grow the community.
- Monitor and analyze community performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and address community concerns, continuously improving community sentiment.
**About You**:
- You're a crypto enthusiast with a deep understanding of DeFi.
- You have experience within the web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency communities.
- You're an expert in managing and growing Discord communities, including server setup, moderation, and engagement strategies.
- You have an in-depth understanding of the DeFi landscape and web3 technologies.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing capabilities and a talent for storytelling.
- You have a proven track record of building and maintaining engaged, thriving online communities.
- You're passionate about the crypto space and committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and vibrant community.
- You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- You have strong analytical skills, with experience in using social media and community management tools to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- You have an advanced level of English.
**Salary**: 50,000.00€ - 100,000.00€ per month
