-We are currently looking for an intern dedicated to Ensuring the Learning process inserted in the internship program and supporting the HR Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provides effective, timely and service-oriented HR
- Work closely with HR manager
- Supports the HR manager in all relations with all lines of managers
- Administrative support to HR manager
- Check the compliance of procedures with what is in force
- Support in payroll process
- Management and control of the benefits in force company.
- Proactive attitude
- Willing to learn about new fields and acquire new skills/competencies
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
- Educational background in Human Resources (university degree or equivalent)
- 1+ years of professional experience with proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to work without routine supervision to deliver key results
- Successful cross-functional and intercultural working; team player
- Proficiency in English, in both oral and written communications
- IT: Microsoft Office package
You are self-motivated can work independently, someone who is highly
- engaged, proactive, result and solution-oriented. You are a strong team player bringing good communication, organizational, project, planning and coordinating skills.
