A **área do Office **da **Direção de Serviços Corporativos** da **EDP Global Solutions SA**, que tem como missão gerir e otimizar as atividades operacionais de Arquivo, Reprografia, Secretaria Geral, e Central Telefónica, bem como todos os contratos associados a esta área de gestão e utilizados por todo o Grupo EDP (correio postal e expresso; serviços vários como traduções, estafetagem; economato; estacionários;...). Pretende recrutar um(a) **Operation Project Specialist.**

**Descritivo de funções**:

- Liderar e implementar projetos de otimização da gestão dos arquivos do Grupo EDP;
- Identificar e implementar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua;
- Preparar de apresentações de suporte a projetos;
- Apoiar na resolução dos temas operacionais, controlo de SLAs, indicadores e Orçamento;
- Acompanhar a gestão de contratos associados a estas atividades;
- Controlar e monitorizar os níveis de serviço e faturação dos fornecedores;
- Implementar as recomendações de auditoria;
- Identificar necessidades de Clientes e identificar a melhor estratégia para a sua implementação.

**Que tipo de perfil procuramos?**
- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Mestrado em Gestão, Economia, Direito, Engenharia ou outros;
- Experiência profissional miníma de 2 anos de experiência profissional em projetos de otimização, gestão de contratos e/ou de temas operacionais;
- Conhecimentos de:

- MS Office, nomeadamente Excel (obrigatório);
- Power BI e SAP (a valorizar);
- Gestão de Operações;
- Idiomas: Inglês e espanhol (valoriza-se);
- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa, orientação para o cliente, organização, comunicação com vários stakeholders, flexibilidade, espírito crítico, elevado sentido de organização;
- Experiência em gestão e implementação de projetos;
- Capacidade de comunicação, proatividade e espírito de equipa.
