The Bosch unit in Ovar belongs to the Building Technologies division and is focused on bringing solutions to the market that are shaping the smart cities of the future. The company develops and produces innovative solutions for security and communication systems, fire alarms, electronic displays, robotic lawn mower & E-bike components. With about 1.200 employees, its success lies in the highly specialized and innovative team and technological know-how.

**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:

- Mastery in electrical hardware design - you will be responsible for creating embedded electronics solutions of connected video surveillance, smart sensors and security products;
- Responsible for the organization and technical coordination of the embedded electronics team;
- Coordinate the different multidisciplinary competences to meet functional and performance needs;
- Responsible for reviewing hardware designs schematic and simulation;
- Coach, guide and develop the team members in their technical skills;
- Creative and ready to come up with innovative approaches;
- Be a reference for electrical problems solving;
- Coordinate activities between multiple global design and factory teams.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Solid experience in product development team coordination;
- Extensive practical experience on electrical design and troubleshooting, in video camera development is a plus;
- Very good knowledge of electronic hardware architectures in real time embedded systems, SoC, microprocessors, Ethernet and power;
- Have a deep understanding of the interaction between electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering and production;
- Expert in common hard and software protocols like Ethernet, WiFi, USB, BT, RFID, MIPI, DDR, PCIe;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- You have rigorous attention to detail with focus on robustness, scalability, and documentation;
- You are an excellent team player and mentor, who appreciates the cooperation in international and interdisciplinary teams;
- You have a passion for working with technology and have excitement for creating high quality technology products in an IoT environment;
- You embrace User Experience (UX) and are enthusiastic to creating exiting solutions.
