SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2305GFSO15229)

**About the job**
- FRESH EMEA is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. It is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas)
- FRESH EMEA is searching for someone in mobility to join to Lisbon FRESH - BOOST-Process Excellence as Senior Business Analyst.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Bring operational efficiency to the processes through process optimization
- Collect, analyze and challenge the needs expressed by the business
- Help in the identification of business impacts caused by the solution and prepare action plans
- Validate the Business Requirement document and write the Detailed Functional Specifications document
- Define a relevant solution and estimate implementation costs
- Create and maintain functional documentation
- Assist end key uses in tests phase and ensure test plan roadmap is being followed
- Assist functionally the IT teams during all the project phases
- Supervise the progress of the different projects
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status
- Efficiently report to its management
- Anticipate and/or advice client needs

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- At least 3 years of experience in BA function
- Strong analysis capacity
- Diverse technical knowledge (Automation, Data Preparation and Data Visualization will be a plus)
- Strong communication skills, written and oral (must be Fluent in English, French will be a big plus)
- Organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail, Project-oriented vision
- Strong documentation skills
- High level of analysis and problem solving capability
- Organization and process oriented skills
- Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management
- Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
- Accomplished team player
