Communication for Finance Trainee

As a Communication for Finance Trainee, you will support our Communication team in maintaining the effectiveness of Finance processes and providing accurate information to the internal and external business partners.

In your new role, you will:

- Handle **communication with internal and external business partners **, mostly focused on payment and invoicing-related resolution requests;
- **Extract and analyze reports **from the system;
- Assist in **maintaining supplier’s accounts **;
- **Ensure reconciliation of balances with suppliers **.

You are a proactive communicator with a strong customer orientation. You thrive in an international environment and want to work towards excellence in order to generate value with your efforts.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Have a **degree in Management, International Business **or a similar field;
- Are a **great communicator, willing to learn **about treasury policy on regular payments;
- Have **experience with MS Office tools **, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Are a **team player **with a **proactive and flexible mindset **;
- Are **fluent in English **. German would be a plus.
