**REQUIREMENTS**:
Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the end of the traineeship (expected Learning Outcomes):
General knowledge about the communication work of an international organization;
Knowledge about online and offline communication instrument and the ability to use this knowledge in a practical environment;
Profound skills in organising and promoting events;
Optimisation of social media online communication through experience and use.

Monitoring plan:
Documenting the work of the internship on a weekly basis.
Regular meetings with the supervisor to stay up to date, discuss projects, challenges that may come up and how to deal with them.

**TASKS**:

- Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal
- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits;
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and Organize facilities and manage all event’s details;
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day;
- Reception and guide students at events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal
- Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Lisbon
- Manage websites and social media channels
- Promotion of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto
- Logistics: prepare the different kinds of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organisation and creation of events and activities.

**WORKING HOURS**:30 hours per week
