Erasmus Life Porto is a non-profit organization and our main goal is to make students feel like at home and to make their exchange experience unforgettable. We organize several trips from north to south, many local activities and multiple parties a week in the best clubs in Porto.

**LOCATION**:Porto (Portugal)

**MINIMUM DURATION**:3 months

**START DATE**:As soon as possible

**AREAS**:
BUSINESS - Business administration, Hospitality management
MEDIA - Marketing

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferable background in Communication, Marketing, Tourism, Sales or other related areas
- Knowledge in Social Media, sales and organization
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Focus and responsability
- Creativity, responsibility, and organizational skills
- Pro - active attitude
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English
- Portuguese knowledge will be a plus

**TASKS**:

- Meeting and communicating with international students
- Communicating with current and future partners on the field of housing
- Housing Porto Market search and deal with future partners
- Knowledge of Web and Social Media; Presencial visits to new partners
- Promotion of events, activities and trips in Porto and Portugal
- Logistics: create the promotion schedule for the team, preparing different kinds of promotions; split and delegate tasks to the team to collect material for future promotions.
- Provide support in the organization and execution of events, activities and trips in Porto and Portugal.
- Community management tasks
- Administration tasks
- Interaction with international students

**WORKING HOURS**:30 hours per week

**LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE**:

- English B2/C1
