.Maison Albar Hotels - Le Monumental Palace, Porto está à procura do seu futuro Sales Manager (M/F). Será responsável pela promoção e comercialização dos serviços do hotel Le Monumental Palace, Porto e Maison Albar Amoure, Vila Verde e desempenhará um papel crucial no crescimento e sucesso da nossa marca de hotéis de luxo. Responsabilidades Principais: Estratégia e Planeamento de Vendas: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas eficazes para maximizar a receita e a quota de mercado. Analisar as tendências do mercado, as atividades dos concorrentes e as preferências dos clientes para identificar novas oportunidades de negócio. Estabelecer metas de vendas e criar planos de vendas abrangentes para alcançá-las e superá-las. Gestão de Relações com Clientes: Construir e manter relações sólidas com clientes-chave, parceiros corporativos e agências de viagens. Realizar visitas regulares a clientes, apresentações e negociações para garantir novos negócios e manter os clientes existentes. Assegurar um serviço ao cliente excecional e tratar quaisquer preocupações dos clientes de forma rápida e eficaz. Gestão de Grupos e Eventos: Identificar e garantir reservas de grupos e eventos, incluindo reuniões corporativas, conferências, casamentos e reuniões sociais. Trabalhar de perto com os clientes para entender as suas necessidades e personalizar pacotes para atender aos seus requisitos específicos. Coordenar com a equipa de operações para garantir um planeamento e execução perfeitos de todas as atividades e eventos de grupo. Monitorizar e avaliar o sucesso de cada evento, recolhendo feedback para melhoria contínua. Atividades de Vendas de Campo: Planear e executar missões de vendas, incluindo viagens para mercados-chave para promover os hotéis Maison Albar e garantir novos negócios. Organizar e participar em feiras de negócios, roadshows e eventos da indústria para criar redes de contacto com potenciais clientes e parceiros. Preparar e apresentar propostas e apresentações cativantes nestes eventos para aumentar a notoriedade da marca e gerar leads. Acompanhar os leads e oportunidades gerados pelas atividades de campo para convertê-los em resultados de negócios tangíveis. Trabalho em Equipa: Promover um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e positivo que encoraje o trabalho em equipa e o alto desempenho. Relatórios e Análise: Preparar relatórios de vendas detalhados e previsões para a gestão sénior. Monitorizar e analisar métricas de desempenho de vendas para identificar áreas de melhoria. Utilizar os sistemas disponíveis para gerir as atividades de vendas, acompanhar o progresso e manter registos precisos. Marketing e Colaboração: Colaborar com a equipa de marketing para desenvolver materiais promocionais, campanhas e eventos que impulsionem as vendas. Representar o Maison Albar Hotels em eventos da indústria, feiras de negócios e funções de networking
