Regional HR Service Specialist - French speaking

A Snapshot of Your Day

Working closely with the Regional HR Services Manager responsible for Western Europe, you will be responsible for delivering local HR administrative tasks within your regional scope. You will be communicating with colleagues from other regions and global, and responsible for supporting the ownership of operations performance of HR Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery. You will also drive HR transformation initiatives within your country / region responsibilities, reviewing and implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in Payroll, local HR, HR systems and with external vendors/stakeholders. Additionally, you will be working closely with HR Local ensuring an excellent operational delivery of diverse HR administrative tasks and be the initial contact for issues (local HR, GBS & country team assistants)

How You’ll Make an Impact

A "Regional HR Services Specialist" works alongside the Regional HR Services Manager, ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an eco-system of providers i.e., employee life cycle support, employee inquires, people and organizational data management, etc.

Responsible for the operational delivery of HR administrative tasks.

Support in inspiring change initiatives in area of responsibility

Building and strengthening process know-how to future proof the organization.

Support of other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g., giving regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries.

Work closely and support in the service management of the business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, whilst playing a key role on deficiency resolution.

A contributor in our global HR transformation project, whilst ensuring continuing of existing operations

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree with a focus on human resources or comparable know how/experience.

Professional experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e., HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk).

Experience in supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services.

Track record in supporting the delivery of change / improvement projects, specifically in HR services.

Fluent (verbal & written) in both the French and English language.

Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mentality.

Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability, self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.

Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others, and ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required

Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function - SE HR PS&S People Services & Systems, a truly global and team with varied strengths of specialists with an open attitude, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various topics spread across HR operations and geographies will be driven, global and require certain flexibility and commitment.
