Hoje, procuramos um profissional apaixonado por pessoas e o seu desenvolvimento, um Learning and Development Specialist para a nossa equipa interna de Training do Porto.

**Qual será a tua missão?**

Como Learning and Development Specialist serás responsável por gerir uma carteira de clientes através do acompanhamento e seguimento de clientes ativos, da apresentação e negociação de propostas e da prospeção e conquista de novos clientes, sendo o verdadeiro parceiro do negócio de Training Terás a missão diária de manter a bolsa de formadores atualizada, coordenando os cursos da tua carteira de clientes e planificando a tua estratégia comercial e de fidelização.

**O que te fará triunfar nesta posição?**

Teres experiência na área comercial de formação e desenvolvimento.

**Orientação para o cliente e orientação comercial**: Colocar o cliente no centro da sua atividade, assegurando a compreensão das suas reais necessidades. Identificar oportunidades de negócio.

**Relacionamento interpessoal**: Revelar interesse e compreensão pelos outros, trabalhando eficazmente com indivíduos e equipas, clientes e colaboradores. Reconhecer a contribuição dos colegas e construir espírito de equipa.

**Capacidade de adaptação e resistência à pressão**: Lidar eficazmente com elevados níveis de pressão, mantendo uma postura positiva perante as dificuldades.

**Espírito de iniciativa e capacidade de decisão**: Iniciar proactivamente a ação, tomando decisões assertivas e assumindo os riscos e as responsabilidades inerentes a essas decisões.
